Cancellation and Missed Appointments

Please be aware that the following policy will apply to all bookings.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

Missed appointments will be charged in full.

​

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are unlikely to be filled - as much notice as possible means I am able to offer the space to someone else who may need or like it.

​

This also protects my own income - put simply, without you, I don't get paid.
