"My journey into holistic therapy began in 2013, when I gained my diploma in Reflexology at the Jackie Hamilton School of Therapies in Norwich.

 

Since then, I have continued to train in different reflexology techniques, and other treatments, to improve my skills, and have attended courses including preconception and fertility reflexology, advanced techniques, Kansa Vatki, Sally Kay's Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage, Bergman Method Advanced Facial Reflexology and most recently Facial Cupping, Aromaflex, Sally Earlams's Reflexology for Menopause and Indian Head Massage.

As a full member of the Association of Reflexology, I am bound by their code of conduct to protect both my customers and myself, including strict guidelines on client confidentiality, and I am, of course, fully insured.​

I practice my therapies in Hellesdon, and I am privileged to treat, and offer support to, people for many different reasons, including; support with chronic conditions and emotional well-being; relaxation and stress management; mobility and age-related conditions; a little me time and pampering."
